OUR FAVOURITES

WILDLIFE
There are various land-based wildlife tours, originating in Craignure, all to be recommended. A sea trip to Staffa is not to be missed: a half day from Fionnphort, or a full day, (including enjoying the puffins on Lunga) from Ulva Ferry.
AT THE BEACH
Mull has great beaches, at Calgary, Lochbuie and Uisken, to name but three.
IONA
Iona, our neighbouring island, may be tiny but it is worth the day trip. Get there early in the day, or stay late, to savour its peaceful atmosphere.
TOBERMORY
Finally, retail therapy in Tobermory, taking in the new Marine Visitor Centre at the harbour, along with a visit to Glengorm Castle, is not to be missed.
